Once upon time Neil Frederick Clifford came upon us; The United States of America circa 1960-2040.

Near the end of the 20^th Century in a dirty ole coal town with a mountain of dust around, in the coal township area of Northumberland County & City of Shamokin, Pennsylvania, USA, one young man came to the land that was also home to Hall of Fame Baseball Pitcher Stanley Kovalevsky.
