I received this email from Esquire representing Paul today;
Mr. Clifford:
Paul is scheduled for a plea hearing today at 2:00 before Judge Snyder in court room 6001. I’ll be in the courthouse at 1:45 in the lobby. I have filed a petition for a psychiatric evaluation with the court. As we’ve discussed, Paul will likely not be present. I’ve already touched base with the district attorney on this matter and have informed him that we won’t be objecting to an arrest warrant in the hopes that he is picked up and can then get the necessary treatment. As for the evaluation, while I have enough to at least request the evaluation, we may need additional records for a hearing if the judge orders one. Do you have records of his treatment in Roxbury Hospital as well as his time at Lancaster Behavioral Health? I did not see anything about these in the records you have provide to this point.
